Why didn't I receive my scheduled update?

NutshellMail requires users who register through the NutshellMail website to "double opt-in", meaning users need to reconfirm their email address.  We want to make sure that we are sending your updates to the correct email address and that you did request to start our service. You should receive a NutshellMail update with a big yellow confirmation link.  Just click the link and your updates will be sent on your requested schedule.  If you do not confirm, you will not receive future updates. 

 

If you did not receive your confirmation email, click here to request a new one.  Make sure the email is not in the spam or junk folder, and if so, mark the message as not spam so it does not happen again.
