That can easily be done by clicking on the Settings button at the top right of the NutshellMail email. You will be taken to Account Settings where you can add additional Twitter Accounts. The key is to log out of Twitter after each account you add.  Twitter's registration process recognizes if you are logged in and then will only allow you to add that account (Twitter registration policy, not ours).
