How can I change the delivery times of my Nutshellmail updates?

Once you have registered, you can login to the NutshellMail website or click on the Settings link at the top right of your NutshellMail digest. You will go to the Account Settings page. Then click on the delivery times menu item to change your delivery times and/or your timezone.
