Click on the Customize Button at the top left of the Facebook section of your email digest. From the Customization webpage you can select which of the Standard NutshellMail portions you want on, include or exclude any friend groups you have created on Facebook, and turn on and off any feeds from Pages you might be a fan of.  If you can't wait that long, click the Update Now button at the top of the Email digest, and you will have your newly configured Update within a few minutes.
