My Twitter Update is not showing up correctly. How do I fix the problem?

NutshellMail uses Twitter OAuth to pull your latest information. Occasionally, Twitter will fail to pull some or all of your messages. When this happens, you will receive an error message in your Update. Usually hitting the Update Now Button will solve the problem. If this does not work, please contact us.
