How do I add the NutshellMail Email Newsletter Tab to my Facebook Page?

If you are a Facebook page admin, go to http://nutshellmail.com/facebook/pages and follow the step-by-step instructions.  You will also receive admin-only analytics on the number of fans that are following your page using Nutshellmail.  Please remember to promote the Email Newsletter to your Fans.

How do I customize the Twitter portion of the NutshellMail Update?

Click on the Customize Button at the top left of the Twitter section of your email digest. From the Customization webpage you can select which of the Standard NutshellMail portions you want on (New Followers, New Quitters, Direct Messages, @Replies, Latest Tweets), include or exclude any Twitter lists you or anybody else has created, and store any Twitter Search Phrases you want to keep track of. Once you have made the changes that you wanted, hit the save button, and your next Update will be set up exactly how you like it. If you can't wait that long, click the Update Now button at the top of the Email digest, and you will have your newly configured Update within a few minutes.

I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?

Click here to request a new confirmation email.

Make sure the email is not in the spam or junk folder, and if so, mark the message as not spam so it does not happen again.

Why can't I add the email account that I have designated as my delivery address?

It does not save you time or reduce clutter to have an account summary of an email inbox delivered to that same email inbox. For example, a summary of Gmail messages sent to Gmail would be redundant. NutshellMail email support is meant to check and summarize those secondary email accounts so you don't have to. Add those email accounts you forget to check, and don't forget to add Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace as well.
